APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Thank you for choosing us for your beauty needs. At IamNubian Salon Spa, we are committed to providing top-quality service in a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Please review our salon policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and satisfying visit.

Payments

  • Accepted Methods: Cash and card payments for services.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable on in-store product purchases.

Appointment Policies

  • Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
  • Hair Preparation: Arrive with hair detangled and manageable. Bring a silk scarf for protection against inclement weather.
  • Grace Period: 10-15 minutes for lateness. After this, appointments are automatically canceled.
  • Rescheduling: Notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Reschedule within the current booking period, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Processing Fee: 10% fee on cancellations with at least 30 days' notice.
  • Partial Refund: 30% fee on cancellations made no later than 7 days before the appointment.
  • Forfeiture: Deposit forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.

No Call, No Show Policy

  • First Instance: Booking restrictions and full payment required for future appointments.
  • Second Instance: No new appointment bookings.

Online Store Policy

Your title

At IamNubian Inc, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our return policy to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products. Please check the product description or contact us if you are uncertain about the eligibility of your item.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for the return shipment.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include all accessories.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for this process to complete.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in processing the exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it, please contact www.USPS.com.

If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that IamNubian has received the product.

Customer Service Hours

Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major holidays. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, please allow 24-48 business hours from the date your email is sent, to be reviewed and responded to. Should your inquiry require more investigation attention or processing, please allow 48 more business hours to review and respond.
